New Complaints Procedure FAQs
These FAQs have been produced to provide information on the new complaints procedure and how it could affect GPs and practices. The new procedure was introduced on 1 April 2009. Guidance on Preventing Child Accidents in the Home
The Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) have produced some publications to help parents of young children and the practitioners who work with them keep children safe from accidents at home:
