Salaried GP Opportunity in Middlesbrough – 6 sessions

The Ironopolis Medical Group was formed through the exciting administrative merger of Martonside Medical Centre and The Endeavour Practice in 2017; two Middlesbrough practices that had enjoyed excellent reputations for many years. We have a combined and growing list of over 17000 patients. This vacancy is for our Endeavour Practice population, albeit we have just gained acceptance from NHS England/ICB that these patients can be seen at either site in order to manage growing patient numbers. The group has 6 GP partners and a management partner. Learning is at the centre of what we do, with both sites holding training practice status and having teaching ties with Sunderland and Newcastle Medical Schools.

We also specialise in Occupational Health and our management partner is the non-clinical chair of Central Middlesbrough PCN. Our clinical system is SystmOne.

We are looking for a salaried GP to join our experienced and friendly clinical team. The ideal candidate will have an innovative outlook to general practice. You will thrive in the supportive and positive environment which keenly protects a healthy work/life balance, whilst benefitting from a standard BMA contract.

Clinicians within our PCN have the option to work in our extended access service on weekday evenings or on a Saturday for additional remuneration.

Ironopolis holds a Tier 2 sponsorship licence.
