Nurse Practitioner - Woodbridge Practice - Cross cover between Thornaby and Ingleby Barwick

Hours: 37.5 full-time and part-time applications are welcomed
Salary: £60,000 (pro-rata) per annum
Contract: Fixed term till 31st March 2025

Our vacancy
We are looking for an experienced nurse, who acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care.
We welcome applications from nurses currently working in either Primary Care with experience in management of long-term conditions including COPD, asthma, diabetes etc.
