Full-Time Practice Nurse – Erimus Practice – Middlesbrough

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Practice Nurse who is dedicated to providing good clinical care to patients. Our current list size is 7000, SystmOne practice and based in the centre of Middlesbrough.

Ideally applicants should have experience working in a primary care setting. The role will include general Nursing duties and a good knowledge of Chronic Disease Management in Respiratory. IT literate and possess excellent organisational/communication skills.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
