Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Linthorpe Surgery - Closing Date 14th July 2024

3 days a week – ideally Monday, Thursday & Friday

Linthorpe Surgery is the largest practice in Middlesbrough with 9 GP partners, 4 salaried GPs and a large team of practice and PCN-employed physiotherapists, nurse practitioners, mental health workers, practice nurses, HCAs, social prescribers and a superb group of highly committed and enthusiastic administrative and reception staff. We are a well-established training practice with 2 post—graduate trainers, a foundation doctor trainer and we host large numbers of Newcastle University medical students. We're situated close to the town centre with a branch surgery in North Ormesby and a list size of around 21,000.

We are looking for an experienced nurse, who acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care.
